Weight training: Supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Digestion time of 1-3 h should be taken into account, consider intake timing depending on individual tolerance with regards to physical activity. For optimal protein synthesis, a portion of protein should be taken every 3-4 hours (from all sources). Thanks to the high proportion of casein, it can also be ideally used as so-called night protein.
